Founder Bio

Yoni Saposh founded Ramzor after a distinguished career in both the financial and nonprofit sectors. He served as Managing Director and Senior Fund Manager at BlackRock, leading the Obsidian Fund—a global multi-strategy fixed income hedge fund. Over nearly two decades, Yoni led global multi-strategy fixed income portfolios, helped grow assets under management from $5 billion to $60 billion, and achieved long-term performance through disciplined, risk-adjusted investing. He also worked closely with institutional investors, central banks, and family offices, and was a frequent speaker at global financial forums.

Transitioning from Wall Street to mission-driven leadership, Yoni became the Chief Operating and Financial Officer at Camp Ramah in the Berkshires, overseeing operations for more than 1,000 people each summer. He managed a multi-million dollar operating budget, led over $1M in capital projects annually, and implemented strategic and financial systems to drive long-term sustainability.

Yoni’s career reflects a unique combination of financial sophistication, operational expertise, and mission-aligned leadership—values that now define Ramzor’s approach.
